IMPACT-ADI programme offers assessment helping identify areas for development and a clear, costed plan for your exam preparations
IMPACT-ADI Training with Drive Hart is fully tailored to your goals, with duration and intensity set by you. We combine professionalism, experience, and an enjoyable approach to guide you to success.

Drive Hart runs a Training Association for those external to Drive Hart who require additional training on a monthly subscription basis.
For a monthly subscription, you get access to:
- YOUR ORDIT ONLINE support service – access to chat with one of our ‘A’ Graded/ORDIT trainers as you need it.
- MICROSOFT TEAMS – with access to private chat with directors, resources and key links to webinars.
- WEBINARS – You can register for our live webinars and access past recordings on our private YouTube channel.
- VIDEOS – get access to our private YouTube Playlists of our past syllabus and exam webinar recordings.
- PODCASTS – get linked to our latest podcasts and get involved in live podcasting Q&A sessions
- GROUP SESSIONS – access live group sessions as published.
- PRIORITY BOOKING – Associates get Priority for booking In-Car Training with one of our ORDIT trainers.
Training Association with Drive hart is an efficient way of getting regular professional development, tailored to your needs.

Drive Hart Directors who deliver IMPACT-ADI training are all Government (DVSA) inspected, registered and approved under the voluntary scheme known as ‘Official Register of Driving Instructor Trainers'(ORDIT)
Some Key facts about our services:
IMPACT-ADI applies best practice in coaching and training techniques, ensuring clients receive the following after each training event:
- Records of training: Training records with clear feedback and actions.
- Feedback on training: Your feedback is routinely sought and suggestions for improvement are actioned.
- Reflective logs: You’re provided with online reflective logs after each event to help you consolidate your learning.

- Evidence for DVSA Examiners of your progress and professional development (presentation at P3 and Standards Checks is expected).
- Certified Online Training – All attendees to our online events have automatic certification for evidence of training
- Training Reports – All training events have student training reports suitable for acting as evidence for DVSA exam presentation (P3 and SC).
