Sarah Hart (ORDIT) is the Founder of Drive Hart and Director of Training Operations, bringing over 30 years of coaching and teaching experience from her sporting and instructor careers. A highly experienced, calm, and approachable trainer, she leads instructor training with a supportive, step‑by‑step approach, making sure every trainee feels guided, encouraged, and fully prepared to succeed as a driving instructor.

JULIA CLAYTON

Julia Clayton is Director of Assessments & Safeguarding, bringing a wealth of experience from her past careers as Chief Officer of Police & national secondments to inspection bodies. With a background in National Training, Safeguarding and IT/Business Change; she has brought assessment and benchmarking expertise, helping clients focus/prioritise key areas for their development and success. Julia is an A Grade ADI/ORDIT and Gov-trained Human Rights Coach

We don’t ask clients to bend over backwards to fit into a pre-designed course schedule – we fit around you!
Most Drive Hart clients (pictured) have asked to design their training around family and other work commitments.
To help, we have put in place a range of IT tools to allow easy access to materials 24/7 and learn at your own pace.
Some Key examples are:
- Microsoft Teams – a comms platform used to help you gain access to our resources
- Your ORDIT Online – a confidential chat feature so you can ask for advice in real time
- Knowledge Centre – classrooms and resources in our centre for you to access 24/7.
- Videos – recordings of teaching briefings and practice for you to view at your own pace.
- Webinars / Podcasts – live and recorded webinars on a whole range of teaching skills. Podcasts with practical advice sessions for PDI/ADIs.
- Articles and Publications: Amazon and Open Source as well as published on our Teams Knowledge Centre.
